The Mansion had been an exclusive bed and breakfast for nearly 20 years, and in 2004 it was converted to a vacation rental. Over the next three years, it became the most popular rental on the peninsula, and Dave and Patsy were approached by other home owners to manage their properties. In 2008 t0 2009, Bloomer Estates Vacation rentals gradually expanded from one home to six of the finest  homes on the Peninsula.
